When the Dave Davies 1969 project was first announced I made a list of
what tracks from the GLKA were going to be in official releases.
Now we have the VGPS 3-CD set and can add songs appearing there.
Since the 1969 project hasn't materialized I am going to remove those 
references, but I'll now add Picture Book.  Note that for some songs 
they also appear in a whole buch of other collections.
