Dear Sir, Not only should most of your Am's be A7's, but the G that appears over the words "Garlic" "Bony" and "Spotty" should be a C/G. Actually the Am that appears over the words "Light" "Sight" and "Tight" is correct, but the G that comes after it is all wrong! It should be a C7. Furthermore, the G's that appear over the words "Cool" and "Plain" should be G9's. Last but not least, Every D except for the ones that appear over the words "Turn" "Helps" and "Can't" should all be F#dim's...Come to think of it, all of the D's that DO appear over those words, should actually be D7's. There! Now I feel alotbetter! Your (C)clothes are old-(C/B)fashioned, your (Am)knuckles are (C/G)bony, Your (E)hair looks a terrible (Am)sight, (Am/G) But I (F)don't have to (D7/F#)see you the (C)way that you (A7short)are When I (D7)turn off the (G)living room (C)light. Now (F)I am (D7/F#)not in(C)tending (C/E) To (F)make you (D7/F#)feel a(C)shamed, (C/E) What's (F)wrong in (D7/F#)me pre(C)tending,(A7short) 'Cause you (D7)can't help being (G9)plain? Your (C)nose may be (C/B)bulbous, your (Am)face may be (C/G)spotty, Your (E)skin may be wrinkled and (Am)tight, (Am/G) But I (F)don't want to (D7/F#)see you the (C)way that you (A7short)are, So I (D7)turn off the living room (G)light.
